John T. Chapman
President and Chief Executive OfficerMr. Chapman joined the hospital as Chief Operating Officer in October 2018 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2020. He is a microbiologist by training and previously served as Chief Operations/ Administrative Officer at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California. He also led the clinical and support services for Alameda Health System in Northern California.
Wah-chung Hsu
Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerMr. Hsu joined the hospital as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in October 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of the hospital’s financial management and oversees patient access and financial services, managed care contracting, supply chain management, and other administrative functions. Mr. Hsu has been in healthcare for over 25 years, and has served as CFO at hospital systems in northern California and New York.
Gigi Dhillon, RN, CJCP, PhD
Vice President and Chief Operating OfficerMs. Dhillon oversees operations for a number of clinical and support services including, imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation services, facilities, environmental services, nutritional services, and security. She joined San Antonio Regional Hospital in 2000 as a staff nurse and progressed through different levels of leadership. Ms. Dhillon came with vast experience in community health and working with underprivileged populations in India. In addition to her role as Chief Operating Officer at San Antonio, Ms. Dhillon also serves as the expert for all regulatory requirements for the hospital.
Terry Jaqua
Interim VP of Human RecoursesMr. Jaqua is responsible for all human resources operations including talent acquisition and development, salary and benefit management, employee health services, and the hospital’s wellness program. In his role, Mr. Jaqua develops and executes human resources strategies that support San Antonio’s mission, and its values and organizational culture.
Leanne Logan, MSN, RN, CMSRN
Chief Nursing OfficerLeanne Deeds started at San Antonio Regional Hospital in June of 1997 as a nurse extern. She was hired as a staff nurse after she graduated from nursing school on the med surg unit. Leanne was promoted to the manager position in the Medical Surgical Department in 2008 and then, the Director for the Med Surg department in 2014. In 2022 she had the opportunity to advance in her career and was promoted to her present position as CNO.
Kamal Pandya
Vice President and Chief Information OfficerMr. Pandya joined San Antonio in 1996. Throughout his 25-year career at the hospital, he has held several important information technology positions. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in guiding the development and implementation of the hospital’s electronic health record system. Under his leadership, the hospital achieved the highest stages of the Federal Meaningful Use Program, ensuring San Antonio’s place at the forefront of healthcare information technology.
Heather Raymond
Vice President Marketing & CommunicationsMs. Raymond brings more than 25 years of public relations and marketing experience to San Antonio Regional Hospital. She oversees both internal and external communication, marketing and brand initiatives for the hospital. Previously, Heather served as Senior Public Affairs Director for Kaiser Permanente, San Bernardino County Area. She is extremely passionate about healthcare communications and is proud to be a part of this community.
Michelle Stoddard
President, San Antonio Hospital FoundationMichelle brings over 30 years of strategic leadership experience in healthcare and university philanthropy. For the last six years, she was the CEO for Emanate Health Foundation. Michelle has a successful track record in building donor relationships, fundraising, major campaigns, and assuring a diverse Foundation Board that represents the communities served. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration at Cal Poly Pomona, and her master’s degree in leadership and management at the University of La Verne. She is an active member of many business organizations and has served as a volunteer on several nonprofit boards.
